Scott Ferris, LPC, NCC
Scott Ferris is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma with a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University and certification as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). He specializes in helping clients build self-awareness, set achievable goals, and develop coping skills for emotional regulation and mental well-being.
Trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Psychotherapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Scott offers compassionate, client-centered care. He is also certified in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) to address suicidal ideation in a structured way.
A U.S. Army combat veteran, Scott has extensive experience working with military service members to improve mental health. He is the creator of Somatic Modeled Martial Arts Restructuring Therapy (SMMART), an innovative therapy that integrates movement, mindfulness, and martial arts to help clients process trauma and emotions holistically.
