Haley Harmer is a Licensed Professional Therapist with 12 years of experience serving children, teens, adults, couples, families, and older adults. She has worked with a wide range of concerns including trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family dynamics, and boundary-setting. Her background is well-rounded across clinical settings, and she is passionate about meeting clients where they are with care and respect.
Haley’s approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Focused modalities, and integrates evidence-based techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based approaches, and Internal Family Systems when appropriate. She is known for her empathetic, non-judgmental style and her belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing.
