Xpress Wellness will continue to accept traditional Medicaid, SoonerCare, and all three SoonerSelect health insurance plans.

If you haven’t received your new card, please bring your current Medicaid card or Oklahoma Health Care Authority Membership ID. - Photo ID (driver’s license)
