Joe’s background spans both healthcare and retail, giving him a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to run a successful operation. He spent many years at Walgreens, advancing from the front lines to corporate leadership as a Regional Vice President and later a Group Vice President, where he worked across labor, capacity, and long-term strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Xpress, he served as COO of AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, overseeing operations for more than 200 hospitals nationwide.
Joe’s approach to leadership centers on the core belief that the team member experience drives the patient experience. He is passionate about developing and supporting the people around him and has spent his career proving that high performance is the result of genuine investment in people.
