A valid photo ID is required to be seen at Xpress Wellness. Acceptable forms of photo ID include:
  • Driver’s license or ID card issued by Kansas, Oklahoma, or another state.
  • U.S. Passport.
  • U.S. Military ID.
  • ID card issued by a Native American tribe.
  • Employee badge or ID issued by a government office.
  • Student ID card from an accredited postsecondary education institution in Kansas or Oklahoma.

Insurances accepted for behavioral health services include Aetna, BCBS, Centene-Oklahoma Complete Health, Cigna, Connect Benefit, HealthChoice, Humana, Medicare, SoonerCare, and Tricare. Please contact us if your insurance is not listed as we are actively contracting with more insurance plans for behavioral health services. In network services vary based on the type of service provided. When verifying benefits with your insurance company, please specify the type of service you are seeking (i.e. urgent care, behavioral health, etc).
