McKensey ElKouri

McKensey ElKouri serves as the Director of Provider Relations and Recruiting at Xpress Wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Management, both from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Since joining Xpress Wellness in 2014, McKensey has taken on a variety of roles, ranging from operations to recruiting. She is passionate about finding providers and team members who share a commitment to serving rural communities.

Outside of work, McKensey and her husband stay busy with their two energetic children, Jake and Kaylee. When she’s not chasing after the kids, she enjoys staying active outdoors and spending quality time with her family.
