Allison Railsback, MSN, APRN-CNP

Allison is an Iowan by birth but moved to Kansas in 2005. Over the years she continued her education gaining multiple degrees in nursing. Allison and her husband returned to Iowa in 2019. During her career she has worked as a nurse educator, in the Emergency Room, and as a nurse case manager for home health while continuing her education. After achieving her MSN, Family Nurse Practioner track, from Walden University in 2022, she began her nurse practioner career in primary care serving as an acute visit provider and on an occupational health team.  Allison, her husband and two kids returned to Kansas in 2023 to be close to family and began working at Xpress Wellness Urgent Care. Allison and her family live on a farm outside of Lebo where they have several farm animals including cats, chickens, and goats, and will likely add more. She loves animals and all things outdoors. Allison is excited to be home and looks forward to serving you and your family.
