Leianna LaMar, APRN-CNP

Leianna grew up in central Oklahoma where most of her family still resides. She initially graduated with an Associates Degree of Nursing from Rose State College and started her nursing career in 2006. She worked as a RN in a cardiac ICU at Integris Baptist for 2.5 years until she felt called to work with Pediatrics in 2008. She worked in the OU Children’s emergency department for 8 years until graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama in 2015.

After completing NP school, she continued to working in pediatrics at Bethany Children’s Health Center for 8 years. She spent the majority of those years as a nightshift provider covering patients aged 0-25 with complex medical diagnoses who require specialized care.

At home Leianna enjoys spending time with her husband of 13 years and three kids. She and her husband own a ranch near Lake Tenkiller and are raising some very spoiled cattle and chickens. In her rare moments of downtime, she loves to travel. Leianna and her husband also volunteer helping Veterans and police officers and their families.
