Maggie Crosby, PA-C
Provider - Virtual
Maggie Crosby is a Certified Physician Assistant who has been with Xpress Wellness since 2021. She strives to deliver friendly, knowledgeable care that focuses on problem causation to help prevent recurrent medical issues. Maggie has excellent interpersonal skills and is passionate about taking the time to make sure her patients understand their condition.
She grew up in Ohio and went to The Ohio State University, where she graduated with honors while also playing Division 1 Varsity Ice Hockey. She graduated from Ohio Dominican University’s PA program and moved to begin her professional career in Oklahoma with Xpress Wellness.
Her husband is in the Air Force which has her moving around a lot, most recently to Oregon and now Florida, which makes the virtual department a perfect fit for her.
She has two German shepherds and enjoys being active outdoors.
Susan Hightower, APRN-CNP
Primary Care Provider - Virtual
Susan Hightower is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Susan strives to provide completely transparent care in the most ethical and qualified manner with all patient encounters.
Susan obtained her Master’s of Nursing at Purdue Global University. She is Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a current member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Susan has over a decade of experience in the nursing field. She has built a diverse skill set working within urgent care and emergency department settings.
Susan is married with children and grandchildren. Her favorite hobbies include college football, boating activities, and travel.
Susan’s goal is to provide exemplary culture-sensitive care to all her patients.
