Effective 12/31/2024, Xpress Wellness will no longer offer Women’s Health services. The organization has made the decision to scale back on some of its newer service offerings in order to strengthen and prioritize support for the core urgent care and primary care services. We hope to reintroduce some of these service lines in the future, with Women’s Health being a top priority.
To our current women’s health patients, please note that we are committed to providing you with continued care for the next 45 days to allow you time to find another women’s health provider. During this period, we will be available to assist you in transferring your medical records to your new provider upon receipt of your signed authorization. Please contact our office at 918-770-4247 if you have additional questions or require assistance transferring your medical records.
