Elizabeth Spencer-Maechler, APRN-CNP

Elizabeth Spencer-Maechler was born in Fort Smith, AR and raised in Sallisaw, OK. She is married to her husband Daniel Maechler, who is also a Nurse Practitioner, and they now reside in Ft. Smith, AR along with their prized maltipoo Penelope. She is an honor graduate of Sallisaw High School and alumnus of the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She is also a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority and attended Purdue University where she received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree.

She has valuable experience as an emergency department registered nurse at both Level 1 Trauma OU Medical Center and Mercy Health System in the Oklahoma City area. After moving back to the River Valley, she began working in a clinic environment at Arkansas Vein Clinic in Ft. Smith, AR.

Elizabeth enjoys being together with her family, University of Oklahoma football, and traveling with her husband. “Sallisaw is home to me and I look forward to bringing urgent care to my hometown and once again being part of the Sallisaw community.
